Scanned Glass Plate Negatives from the early 1900's

CAN YOU IDENTIFY ANY OF THESE PICTURES?

These glass plate negatives were scanned and then converted to positives. Most of the negatives have some damage/deterioration from poor storage. They were purchased from a local (San Jose CA) antique dealer in their original glass plate boxes.

Where possible a description is provided. In some of the photos calendars are visible and approximate dates can be derived. All negatives were scanned at either 1200 or 2400 dpi and then converted to positives. Images for this presentation have been reduced significantly. Most negatives are 5 x 7 inches in size the others are 4 x 5 inches.
